Matcha was packed manually in small batches and every lot needed extra weight control. The goal was to move to stable portion packs and remove dosing variation.
We selected YS-ZF90 for portion packs with steady product feeding and automatic pack forming for a repeatable seal.
Up to 70-100 packs/min while handling portions in the 1-10 g range on one machine.
The line had to move from manual loading to stable horizontal packaging for portions with different lengths while keeping a clean retail-ready bag.
We chose YC 323, a flowpack machine with automatic film feeding and adjustable pack length settings for different SKUs.
30-150 packs/min on one line with a stable seal and even product feeding.
The supplement in cans needed reliable protection from oxygen and a repeatable sealing process before shipment. Shelf life and batch consistency were critical.
We selected HH-FGJ130V with vacuum seaming and inert gas filling to reduce oxidation after sealing.
O₂ ≤ 3% after sealing and throughput of 5-8 cans/min on one machine.
WS-series and B-100 - automatic packaging of oil, sauces, honey, shampoos and chemical products in sachets and sticks.
YC 323 - horizontal packaging for bread, baked goods, frozen and ready-made products with touch control.
LT-series and HH-FGJ130V - from manual semi-automatic to vacuum sealing with inert gas for cans and PET containers.
